These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of astolixgen.com and the services, demos and content provided by AstolixGen ("AstolixGen", "we", "us"), based in Karachi, Pakistan.

By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

AstolixGen provides: (a) information about our services in AI solutions, automation & agents, software & web development, data & analytics, IoT, creative studio work and training; (b) free interactive demos that run in your browser; (c) a free learning library of AI and technology books; and (d) paid client engagements under separate written agreements.

Paid projects are always scoped, quoted and agreed in writing before work begins — a website enquiry or demo session is never a contract by itself.

You agree not to: misuse the site or its demos; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure; scrape or bulk-copy the learning library for redistribution; or use any content on the site in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

All text, design, code, demos and learning materials on this site are the property of AstolixGen or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may read, share links to, and use the demos and learning library for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not republish, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content without our written permission. Client work is delivered under the licence terms agreed in the project contract — typically, you own what you paid us to build.

The interactive demos are simplified illustrations of our capabilities and run entirely in your browser; their outputs are approximate and must not be relied on for business, medical, legal or safety-critical decisions. Learning-library content is provided for education and may become outdated; always verify important facts from primary sources.

The site and all its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party sites and embeds (e.g. YouTube videos). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or their privacy practices. Our advertising and cookie practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstolixGen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site, its demos or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website itself is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for use of the website (the demos and library are free).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold AstolixGen harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these Terms. The current version is always published at astolixgen.com/terms with the revision date below; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; failing that, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan have jurisdiction.
