AstolixGen ("we", "us") operates the website astolixgen.com from Karachi, Pakistan. We are a technology company providing AI, automation, software, data and IoT services, plus free interactive demos and learning resources.

We collect as little personal information as possible. The information we may hold is limited to the following:

• Contact form: when you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and never sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

• Learning library & demos: our learning books and interactive demos (e.g. the AI Family Tree Builder, FluentMate, the Instant Dashboard) run entirely in your browser. Files you open or data you create in them stay on your device; they are not uploaded to our servers.

• Basic technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) may record standard web-server information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only for security and performance.

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries:

• Preferences: the cookie-consent banner remembers your choice (accept/decline) in your browser's local storage. Several demos store your work (e.g. saved family trees, study progress) locally on your device — never on our servers.

• Advertising cookies: once advertising is enabled on this site, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (see section 4).

You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings; the site remains usable, though some demo features rely on local storage to remember your work.

We may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

Google uses the DoubleClick cookie (also known as the DART cookie). You may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for interest-based advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.

We do not control the ads shown or the cookies set by Google and its partners; their practices are governed by Google's own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Any information you send us is used only to: respond to your enquiry or request a quote; improve the content and performance of the website; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

We do not share personal information with third parties except: (a) our hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data only to operate the site; (b) Google and advertising partners as described in section 4, once ads are enabled; and (c) where required by law or a lawful court order.

You may at any time ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing astolixgen@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Because our demos and library run locally in your browser, you can also delete that data yourself at any time by clearing your browser storage.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to external sites (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Fonts). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published at astolixgen.com/privacy with the revision date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
